This Privacy Policy describes how The Morning Club (“we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal data in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) and its executive regulations. It applies to all personal data we collect through our website (themorningclub.ae) and mobile application.

2. Data we collect

• Name, email address, and phone number provided at registration
• Booking history and class attendance records
• Payment details (processed securely; we do not store card numbers)
• Device identifiers and usage analytics (anonymised)
• Communications you send us via email or WhatsApp

3. How we use your data

We use your personal data solely to provide and improve our services: processing bookings, sending session reminders, responding to enquiries, and maintaining your membership account. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Data retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above, or as required by applicable UAE law. Membership data is retained for a minimum of five years following the end of a membership, in compliance with UAE commercial record-keeping requirements.

5. Your rights under UAE PDPL

Under Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, you have the right to access your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, and request deletion where there is no lawful basis for continued processing. 6. Cookies and analytics
