1. Acceptance
By accessing themorningclub.ae or using The Morning Club mobile application, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
2. Services
The Morning Club operates a women-only reformer Pilates studio at Saadiyat Rotana, Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi. Bookings, payments, and membership management are conducted exclusively through the mobile application. The website is provided for informational purposes only.
3. Booking and cancellation
Session bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment through the app. Cancellation and refund policies are displayed within the app at the time of booking. We reserve the right to amend session schedules with reasonable notice.
4. Membership
Memberships are non-transferable and valid only for the named member. The Morning Club is a women-only facility; membership is open to women aged 18 and above.
5. Health and safety
Members are responsible for informing instructors of any injuries, medical conditions, or contraindications before a session. The Morning Club accepts no liability for injury arising from failure to disclose relevant health information.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website and application — including text, photography, and brand assets — is the property of The Morning Club and may not be reproduced without written permission.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by UAE federal law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
